I generated my service appointment on line at "mychevyrewards.com." The service advisor at McElwain Motors, Richard Goehring, to charge of the entire process. Service technician, Alex, was on task with all of my service requests. Good customer service is a big plus when it comes to repairing your vehicles and McElwain Motors understands this. Simple equation: "Without customer service.........you have no customers!!"

The service was good overall. I was updated about what needed to be done with my vehicle, but the pricing could have been explained better. With that, not all of my pieces were put back into my engine which required them to have to order new ones. These pieces should have been used from my car all together instead of them gone missing, or being thrown away.
