Starting with the first contact the complete process was explained and was very well organized and presented. The option packages and color choices were detailed. At pickup day the paperwork was thoroughly explained and proceeded very smoothly. Following the paperwork we proceeded to the vehicle and received a detailed instruction of the controls and their functions. We received hands on instruction on how to program our cell phones to the vehicle for hands free use. All this including an excellent and reliable service department is why we are very happy with and continue to make the longer trip to McElwain Motors.

I increased my IQ at least 50 points by enrolling in the "My GM Rewards" program. Purchases and service earn points that will convert into discounts. I applied reward points to my last service visit. The final cost was literally cut in half!! Einstein would be proud of me!

I had an OnStar update that was stuck and wouldn't finish. I originally called OnStar but they told me the car would need serviced. An advisor contacted McElwain's service department directly for me and put me on the phone with Monica. She was able to get me in first thing the next morning. When the update was fixed Monica called let me know it was done then offered to have the car delivered back to my home by a courtesy driver. That was great for me since I was working from home but would not be able to pick it up until late afternoon. Saved me time and everything was very much appreciated!!
