Justin came in on his day off to make the sale happen

I visited for an oil change and tire rotation and was greeted warmly during check-in, which went smoothly. The service took about 45 minutes, and I appreciated the quick turnaround. However, I was surprised to find a charge for the tire rotation, which I believed was typically included with an oil change. Since I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and it’s conveniently located near my workplace, I thought it would be a good choice for service. I've never encountered a charge for tire rotation before, as it has always been complimentary. When I inquired about this, the service advisor dismissed my concern with a laugh, stating that they always charge for it. This experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and I may return to my previous dealership unless absolutely necessary to come back here.

I was an educator for 38 years and received forty awards in my arena including Teacher of the Year in the USA. My family has purchased many vehicles from this dealership over the years with great satisfaction. As this dealership is turned over to a new owner with many other storefronts, I hope they continue the highest standard of service. I will personally follow up on this request for feedback to see if Joe has been commended for his approach in taking care of his clients. Caring about quality still does matter !

As usual it was a great experience. They came to pick up my tray with the dead battery. Kept it overnight, charged it and tested it. It took the charge. They brought it back in time for me to make my dentist appt. And they charged me nothing! I love all of them!!

My situation was slightly complex. I had the undercoating, interior, and paint exterior coatings sprayed. I also ordered accessories. McElwain Service did a great job with all of it. Very nice customer service!

The past 4 times my 2023 Chevy Bolt only charged up to 190 miles. it used to charge up to 263 miles in the summer. Last winter the Bolt would charge up to 220 - 230 miles.

I spent $1140 on new tires for my truck and brought it in for a rotation and I was charged an additional $32 I have been a loyal customer of Mcelwain for 7 years and 2 new trucks and have had all the service done at the dealership I was wondering if my tires get low on air am I going to get charged for that too ?

I was looking for a Chevy Silverado 1500 trail boss. I knew exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately there was none available. I met with Jonathon, we took a a different trail boss for a test drive. Jonathon went above and beyond to find the perfect truck on a different lot!! He kept me posted every step of the way!! At first Jonathon couldn’t locate the truck I wanted, so I knocked the sun roof off the list of wants. He then called and said he found a truck, without a sunroof. When I went to pick the truck up and opened the door, to my surprise there was a sunroof!! The purchase went smooth and Clay was very helpful also!! My experience was nothing but excellent!! I will be recommending Mcelwains to everyone!!

My salesman, Joe Jeramy, was very helpful. This is the second car that I’ve purchased off of him. I was very disappointed in the Undercoat rustproof job that they did on our vehicle. The first time I inspected it it was very poorly sprayed underneath the vehicle and they never sprayed the hood or the tailgate. There are spots that I know are going to rust out eventually Since it was not done correctly. I would like to have a refund on the money which I spoke to Joe about and the service manager John and they never got back to me either time. For this reason, I would probably never go back to McElwain’s to purchase another vehicle.

I had been in communication with my Sales Consultant, Tim Treloar, since late May as the vehicle I was looking to purchase (2025 Chevy Traverse) was in transit. I appreciate the attention that was given to us at McElwain Chevrolet from the initial phone call through the delivery of our vehicle. We spoke with Jonathan who at the time was filling a vehicle at a nearby service station, but as promised he returned our call upon his arrival back at the dealership. Even after he discovered that we were a three-hour drive away, he never dismissed us. He was well informed, answered all my questions, and worked out everything for us to minimize the time required after making the drive to accept delivery of the 2025 Chevy Tahoe we had been looking for with the exact equipment package we desired. We will definitely consider them for our next new vehicle and will certainly recommend them as well!

Was interested in a 26 Equinox RS which was "in transit". It arrived to dealership around 930 Tuesday morning and was notifed it had arrived. Completed everything online and via text. Cost almost 200 dollars to tell me two hoses had problems and I already knew about the one to begin with. This is after I was told it would be free to begin with. It was never disclosed that it may cost me.

I had a very positive experience with the purchase of my new Chevy 2025 Trax. After learning of the retirement of my salesman, whom I bought all of my vehicles from for the past 25 years, I was very nervous about going to purchase my next vehicle. I put my trust in salesman Tim Treloar. I was very comfortable with him, he understood my financial limitations, and lead me to ultimately make the best decision for myself. I was very sad to lose my salesman of 25 years with whom I built a solid customer/salesman relationship with, but I am very happy I have Tim Treloar now to take care of me and I will continue to purchase my vehicles from him. Going to buy a vehicle as a lady on her own is scary and I couldn’t be happier with how easy he made it for me..

Even though they were bought out by Diehl, so far, they still provide excellent service. Had to put on 4 new tires on my 2022 Traverse. Really didn't want to spend the money, but those were the original tires. I had a screw in one and a nail in another tire. The tread depth was 7/32 and new tires start at 12/32, so General Motors recommended changing all the tires, so I did. John and Chris were both helpful. Thank you. Anita Pezzi
