I’ve been around this dealership my whole life — so I’ve always known the kind of care and integrity that’s supposed to come with buying a car. Working part-time here now, I get to see every day how much pride the team still takes in taking care of people. Recently, I went through the car-buying process myself, and even with all my familiarity, I was genuinely impressed. Justin made everything incredibly easy — no pressure, no runaround, just honest help and clear answers. Chuck and Clay were right there too, making sure every detail was handled smoothly and that I felt confident about my choice.

Took my 2020 Silverado in for a brake issue. Esc failure traction control failure trail brake failure etc. governed to 42 mph. Couldn’t find a single thing wrong. Talked me into new brakes and rotors as they were 1/32 out of true as a potential cause. It wasn’t. Drove it 4 mi home no issue. The next morning I went 1 mile and I got the rave of errors on my screen but had 0 brakes. Pumping the pedal to the floor. Nothing. Blew through an intersection and had to use a hill to stop. Coasted back home and had it towed 3 days ago. No update. Rating is based on the fact that the mechanic and staff were great. This is a design issue. If I could rate Chevy it’d be 0 stars.

Took my 2924 Silverado High Country in for the annual state inspection, just after our area received approximately 12” of snow over the weekend, and the service technician informed me that they were shorthanded of staff because of all of the snow but they still managed to get me on my way in short order. The staff there is always polite and professional.
